Good for 4 servings

for the burger:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 800g ground beef
  • 4 slides of cheddar
  • 4 salad leaves
  • Some nachos
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 teaspoons coriander
  • 1 Chipotle hot pepper
  • 3 teaspoons red wine vinegar

for the guacamole:

  • 2 avocados
  • Limejuice
  • ½ ground onion
  • 1 ground hot pepper
  • Parsley or coriander
  • salt and pepper

Finely chop the coriander and the Chipotle hot pepper. Cut onion and tomatoes. Mix them in a bowl and add vinegar. Salt and pepper. Place in the fridge.

For the guacamole: Mix the flesh of 2 avocados with the limejuice. Chop the onion, the hot pepper and the parsley. Add to the preparation. Salt and pepper. Mix all with fork to have a creamy consistence.

Prepare 4 patties of 200g of ground beef. Place the patties on the BBQ and cooking more or less 4 minutes on each side. 1 minute before the end of the cooking, put cheese.

Reheat buns on the BBQ and plate up the burger: guacamole, salad, meat and cheese, tomato sauce, nachos.
